There may be an Uṣūl and jurisprudential result or a jurisprudential result only, or a scientific outcome only, and most of it comes from the latter. Sometimes it may not be a productive issue, but it must be stated as an introduction to another jurisprudential issue in order to ascertain the possibility and impossibility of its common use as a prelude to the discussion whether a word can be used in more than one meaning. The issue may have a role as evidence to reject or accept another issue, like the different types of waḍʿ (coining words), and we have explained and detailed that in its proper place.  Therefore, it is possible to deny the absence of positive outcomes in most studies of legal and jurisprudential theories. When it comes to the discussion concerning the derivative, it has many positive outcomes in jurisprudence, some of which have been mentioned in this article in an analytical manner. Applying this important function in this way raises the illusion that there is no fruit for theoretical and jurisprudential issues, and necessitates facilitation in teaching and learning. One of the creative aspects of this article is the mention of new legal issues concerning derivatives. And I ask God Almighty for more success in this matter.
