Abstract
Confrontation is one of the tools of the jurisprudence to infer reason. To the principals, this symmetry is the absolute contradiction of two theological positions or two meanings and is different from the rhetorical and logical term. Contextual functions of coping include the discovery of meaning, the discovery of an object, the discovery of boundaries, the abolition of property, the preservation and prevention of validity and the generality of reason. Below each function, its jurisprudential example is also examined. Conditional flow conditions of the confrontation include the analysis of the confrontation around and the analysis of the confrontation. The following is a description of each condition, its jurisprudential example, and how the scholars take it.
