The authority of the reappearance, the authority of the unified news and the likes are the problems of the science of principles and the question of authority and its related issues are the most fundamental issues, so the authority of the context is a matter of jurisprudence but unfortunately has not been addressed in the science of principles independently and sometimes it goes through some basic issues with a short sentence.
Although context is one of the signs of reappearance and the authority of the reappearance is at stake, but the legitimacy of the reappearance of the Qur'an, due to criticism by Akhbaris, has received special attention by Usulis (from Uṣūl al-fiqh, principles of Islamic jurisprudence) and the legitimacy of the context also needs an independent look and serious debate due to deficiencies in some principles and its ambiguity in its definition, conditions and details.
For the first time, this paper deals with context in jurisprudence with a definite and precise definition, determines its role in religious propositions and elaborates the necessity of discussing and also looks at the views of the commentators of the Holy Quran. At the end, context has been accepted as one of the most important tools of understanding the theologian and the author concludes that context is more important to the scholars and jurisprudents than the commentators of the Holy Qur'an and of course requires an independent and comprehensive discussion   in the science of principles.
